Tool Reign ("we", "our", "us") operates toolreign.com, a free online utility platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
What We Collect
Tool Reign is a client-side application. All tool processing happens entirely in your browser. We do not have a server that receives your tool inputs.
We do NOT collect:
- Any data you enter into our tools
- File contents you upload (PDFs, images, audio files never leave your device)
- Your tool results or outputs
We DO collect (via Google Analytics):
- Page views (which pages you visit)
- Session duration
- Browser type and operating system
- Country-level location (city-level is disabled)
- Referring website
All analytics data is anonymized. IP addresses are anonymized before being sent to Google Analytics.
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use toolreign.com — including anonymized click patterns, scroll behavior, and session recordings of site navigation. This applies only to how you browse the website itself and does NOT capture or record any data you enter into our tools — tool inputs remain 100% client-side and are never transmitted, recorded, or included in Clarity sessions.
How Your Data Is Stored
Your tool preferences and recent inputs are stored in your browser's localStorage — not on our servers. You can clear this data at any time by clearing your browser's site data for toolreign.com.
Theme preference (light/dark mode) is also stored in localStorage under the key toolreign-theme — not in cookies.
Third-Party Services

- Fonts: Fonts are self-hosted via Next.js font optimization (
next/font). No requests are made to fonts.googleapis.com or any external font CDN.
Your Rights
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Depending on your jurisdiction (including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act where applicable), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Contact us at the address on our Contact page to make a request.
Children's Privacy
Tool Reign is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
