Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to common questions

How is a Life Path Number calculated?+

Add all digits of your birth date together, then keep reducing by summing digits until you reach a single digit (1-9) — UNLESS you hit 11, 22, or 33 during reduction, which are "master numbers" kept as-is. Example: born 15/08/1995 → 1+5+0+8+1+9+9+5 = 38 → 3+8 = 11 (a master number, stop here).

What are master numbers in numerology?+

11, 22, and 33 are considered "master numbers" in Pythagorean numerology, traditionally believed to carry amplified significance compared to single-digit numbers. They are not reduced further during calculation, even though they could mathematically be reduced to 2, 4, and 6 respectively.

Is numerology scientifically proven?+

No. Numerology is a traditional belief system, not a scientifically validated practice. This calculator applies the standard, widely-taught Pythagorean method accurately for entertainment and self-reflection purposes — it is not a substitute for professional advice on life decisions.
